Bart Rush

Pastor Bart has served on the Libertas Academy Board since 2020. He has been a Calaveras County resident since 1967.  He and his wife Tina met at Calaveras High School and have been married for over 47 years. They have one grown daughter, one grown foster son and three grandchildren. Pastor Bart taught and served in Christian Schools for 13 years and tutored home-school students in English and Math for another 18 years. He has served as Senior Pastor of Mountain Christian Fellowship in Murphys since 1990 and enjoys assisting parents in the important work of discipling their children.
