Matt Thullen

Matt is a Chicago native but met his wife at UC Davis. After years of considering Calaveras County a second home, they made it their primary home about three years ago. Matt and his wife have three children- two attend Libertas in the 8th and 11th grade. His professional background includes academia, social work, philanthropy and he is currently the Executive Director of a local pregnancy center. With 11 years of graduate school under his belt, Matt has an appreciation for good learning environments and the importance of a Christian worldview.  After seeing how his children have flourished at Libertas Academy, he is excited to serve the school to help Libertas grow and be a blessing to other children and families in the community.
