Miranda Mantei

Mrs. Mantei earned her BA in English Literature and her Secondary Teaching Credential from the University of San Diego. She taught in the private and public school system for four years before deciding to stay home with her two children.  She homeschooled classically for eight years until the Libertas Academy high school was established in 2019. She has been teaching Humanities and Rhetoric for the last five years at Libertas and both her daughter and son have graduated from the high school with high honors.  When she is not at school, she enjoys doing all the “outdoorsy things” with her husband, Charlie, including but not limited to, skiing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, backpacking, as well as multiple home improvement projects.
