Join us for an introduction to East Coast Swing, Ballroom and Contra Dancing. Focusing on basic 6 and 8 count footwork and progressing to more complex partnering, this course will build your confidence to dance to different styles and tempos of music.
We'll break things down slowly and clearly, give you plenty of practice time, and rotate partners throughout the class so you'll have a chance to dance with everyone. This is a great class to get your feet wet and find out why dancers might just be some of the happiest people on earth.
Class meets twice a month

The martial artist learns that one of the greatest skills is the ability to stay calm, relaxed, and present in stressful situations.
By studying a martial art you will learn how to breathe, how to move your body with precision, how to defend yourself and others, and how to have the right mindset in doing so. Course work consists of training in the fundamentals of striking, grappling, throwing, and blocking as well as basic to advanced footwork.
